While we meticulously inspect every item before shipment, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy reflects the same care and attention to detail that goes into selecting our collections.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unassembled, with all original packaging and tags). Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned
- Hand-Knotted textiles (due to their custom craftsmanship)
- Chandeliers and Flush Mount lighting (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Decorative Art and Drawings (considered final sale as curated pieces)
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal value within 15 days of delivery. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if less, we’ll issue a refund for the balance.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all accessories

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
- Appearance: Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD to your original payment method
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
