We carefully prepare each item with the care it deserves. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

While we meticulously inspect every item before shipment, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with respect for our artisans’ work.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless item is damaged/incorrect)
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their artisanal nature, these collections cannot be returned:

  • Hand-Knotted textiles (custom craftsmanship)
  • Chandeliers and Flush Mount lighting (safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Decorative Art and Drawings (considered final sale as curated pieces)
  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal value within 15 days of delivery:

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If less, we’ll issue a refund for the balance

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
